Career Profile

Having grown up on the Napier Hill with most of her extended family living in Ahuriri and the city, Virginia knows the area like the back of her hand.
Her background and experience is fairly varied from being employed with NAC/Air New Zealand in Wellington to running an antique/second hand shop in Tauranga.
Returning to Napier Virginia took up a position with a well-known law firm which gave her invaluable experience with people and often stressful situations. In all of these positions Virginia has been closely involved with people which made her next move into Real Estate an obvious choice.
Virginia has clocked up several major awards working for respected real estate brands. She sees her main role as using her vast experience and skill to achieve the best possible result for her vendors while at the same time ensuring purchasers are comfortable with the buying process and happy with the outcome - so often these purchasers are tomorrow’s vendors.
Selling real estate for over 20 years, Virginia has built great relationships and contacts many of whom are now clients for life having bought and sold through her numerous times.
Virginia is well aware that the selling process can be a little daunting for some and ensures that the process is a team effort between herself and her vendors, always making sure that they are completely comfortable and have the minimum stress possible.
